Marco Colonna and Noise Of Trouble – “Paper Box” video premier

Marco Colonna & Noise Of Trouble - Mis Sueños Son Irrenunciables, Obstinados, Testarudos y ResistentesInspired by Luis Sepulveda, Noise of Trouble‘s album title Mis Sueños Son Irrenunciables, Obstinados, Testarudos y Resistentes  acts as their statement for a record made under lockdown.

Rethinking the many facets of the world outside my home, it came natural to put together the sound of my instruments, the rhythms I’m carrying inside and a compositional organization which found a comparison and stimulating lymph in between distanced interventions for a music which in my head is hybrid, poetic, undeniable, says Marco Colonna.

sometimes musical scores for clarinet ensembles might lead to a free and furious duo, sometimes I’m getting involved with an hip hop singer… it then happens to chase and build all the sounds running in your head such as in “Paperbox” in which the drums have been played both in paper and metal boxes or following the counterpoint and melodic manipulation of an essential track such as “El Derecho De Divir En Paz” by Victor Jara. I opened the window, imagining a world more respectful on human life’s behalf, and I tried to put those feelings into music, together with amazing people which did not permit to lockdown to overcome their capabilities to work with others.

Noise of Trouble are:
