Stage Door Guy’s “Hopeless” video premier

“This is what love sounds like when it isn’t working and yet we keep fighting and we keep looking until the end” — so says Adam Brody, lead singer of Stage Door Guy, whose album Wroclaw is out on 30 October.

Brody continues on the subject of “Hopeless”, calling it “a song with its foundations very much built at Manchester’s Contact Theatre where I met and worked with poet Lemn Sissay and performed my poetry at the Green Room’s infamous Speakeasy Club. Featuring Jono Podmore on theremin, Rea Mole as the other actor with Adam, and filmed in Sydenham Woods.”
